1. Are your products made to order?

Yes — every part is made-to-order and designed specifically for your bike year/model. We 3D manufactured, sand, paint, and finish each piece in-house. Nothing is mass-produced.

2. How do I select colors i want for my project?

After adding the product to the cart and during checkout there is a note section.  Put all the details of colors or bike info in the notes. We verify every order with an email.

2. What bikes do your parts fit?

We manufacture parts for:

Harley-Davidson (Touring / Softail / Pan America)

Indian Motorcycle (Chieftain / Challenger / Roadmaster / Dark Horse / etc.)

Victory Motorcycle (Magnum / X1 / Cross Country)

Not sure about fitment? Message us with your year/model and we'll confirm.

3. How long is production time?

Standard production: 2–6 weeks

Complex custom chrome  4–6 weeks

You'll receive updates as your order moves through design, and shippimg.

4. Do you offer custom designs or color matching?

Absolutely — custom work is what we’re known for. We can do:

Military, Punisher, Aztec, Tribal, clubs, memorials or whatever you want 

Full OEM color match (Harley, Indian, Victory paint codes)

Tri-coat and multi-layer clear coat finishes

5. What materials do you use?

We use a proprietary engineering-grade proprietary designed for:

High heat

High vibration

Factory torque specs without cracking

Our covers are torque tested to factory requirements (most Harley derby covers: 35 in-lbs).

6. How are your products installed?

Most installs are bolt-on with factory hardware.

7. What is your return or exchange policy?

Since everything is custom-made, all sales are final.

If we make a mistake (fitment or craftsmanship), we fix or replace it — no hassle.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be changed until design approval is completed.

Once production or paint has started, cancellation isn't possible.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for local customs/import fees.

10. How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive:

Order confirmation

Mock-up proof (for custom designs)

Tracking number at shipping
