Warranty
If there is an issue with one of our products due to a manufacturere's defect, we have a 6-month warranty to make sure you are covered. All you need to do is take a few photos of the problem area(s). Then email the photos to us and provide a description of the problem. We will review the claim, and if approved. we will provide information on how to return for warrant repair.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or damages caused by the user.
All products will be insured for the full value of the purchase price. If damaged or lost during shipping, all products are insured. Any repair work an insurance claim need to be filed. Customer will be responsible of getting bids for the repairs or total replacement of product. This insures the customer get the product they order. We will work diligently with the customer to make sure they get the product they order.
Buying from outside sources of the product will not meet our return policies or manufacturers warranties. Please verify that we are the manufacturer prior to purchasing outside of our websites.
